The worst service!

im trying to order Ditiazem 240 mg capsule, its been over a month! tal to several customer service representative, one say that i will recive the pill before march 10 another one say that i need to go tocvs, another one say yhe doctor never ordere it!

another one hang up on me!

since the doctor double my dose from 120 mg to 240 mg ,now im out of the pills! and no one give a darn about it, now today a lady name C.J.

SAY THAT IT WILL ARRIVE BETWEEN TUESDAY MARCH 8 AND THERSADY MARCH 10, IN THE MEANTIME I TOLD HER THAT IM OUT OF THE MEDICINE! SHE DOESNT CARE!

I THINK AT THIS POINT I NEED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT FARMACY!

BY THE WAY ON MARCH 22 I RECIVE A TEXT FROM OPTUMRX THAT DILTIAZEM 240 MG CAPUSULE WAS ON THE WAY TO ME, ORDER NUMBER 49470**** .

Anyone know where the order is?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have spent close to 3 hours on the phone w/OptumRX that I will NEVER get back. They have provided the worst customer service over 5 different phone calls.

I don't have enough space to write in detail everything that's happened but they are incompetent and completely unequipped to handle basic questions and requests. They give incorrect information, say they are putting you on hold and then hang up on you, make you call back several times, put you through a whole process that turned out to be TOTALLY UNNECESSARY and then proceeded to try and tell me why I was WRONG and didn't understand the process or that I had a "miscommunication" w/another rep. They say they have contacted my doc several times and to contact them (which I did twice) and then I finally asked what # are they sending the request to and it's the WRONG FAX #, even though I went over all details w/the previous customer service rep that supposedly corrected all the info in the system as we walked through it.

Today the 2nd rep I spoke to (after the 1st rep hung up on me when all he was supposed to be doing is verifying the fax # of my doc), told me she couldn't find the doc in the system, then when she finally did after she decided to do a Google search, I walked her thru it for 5 mins and she said she "couldn't click on it" so couldn't verify any of his info. WHAT?

I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this whole thing has been.

And then everytime you hang up the rep assures you "this will be done right this time" just to find out it didn't get done correctly. Not to mention you have to tell your whole life story every single time I call and speak to a different rep.

United Health Care should get it together and STOP using OptumRX as I had this same terrible experience w/them 5 years ago which then assured me that I will NEVER use them. But for this required RX, I was backed into a corner. What an awful system we have.

Who knows if I will even get my stuff in the mail after all of this?

What happened to the days when you were paying some for a service and them treating you right?

This is why I have always been against Mail Order RX services but am not forced to w/an RX that won't go generic. Saving $$'s has pushed me to this point but now I regret it, even if I am saving $$.

A delay in receiving my medications

Even after telling up to Marx I wanted automatic shipping, they still haven't shipped my medication. It is critical not to have breaks in between medications. It's a recurring problem with us

Terrible customer service

On 1/24/22 I called and requested and paid for meds to be shipped next day delivery instead of regular mail. The meds were to be mailed on 1/25/22 regular mail arriving 4-6 days after date of 1/25/22.

These meds were for my wife and were needed by 1/26/22 because she had run out of her meds.Meds did not return as promised so I called on 1/27/22 and talked to supervisor Renee who verified above meds has not been shipped as promised and paid for as described above.After 4 hours of my time with multiple calls the issue was finally resolved.The meds above finally arrived five days after sent me Optimax. This is all supported by their recorded messages I asked Supervisor Renee to discipline the so called customer service and inform me was took place As of this wrong NOTHING whats new Any questions contact me on my cell 254-495-****

Tired of them sending me meds before I need them.

OPTUMRX constantly sends me meds long before I need them I have auto refill turned off yet I will get a 90 day supply of a med and 45 days later they are sending me another 9-0 day supply and before long I have a 6 month supply of the drug. I have contacted them over and over about this and they say they will correct it and a month or so later it starts all over again. They apologize and they say it won't happen again but yet they continue to do it. I am about to look elsewhere.

THEY CHARGED FOR A PRESCRIPTION AND THE NEXT DAY, AFTER BILLING INSURANCE, PUT THE ORDER ON HOLD, BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY QUOTED AND CHARGED INSURANCE FOR THE INCORRECT AMOUNT. IT SEEMS THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED THE ORIGINAL CHARGE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE FILLED WITH THEM DUE TO COST. I COULD NOT ORDER FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER BECAUSE IT APPEARED THE ORDER HAD BEEN FILLED. OPTUMRX REP WAS CURT AND RUDE. SHE WOULD NOT CHECK WITH HER SUPERIORS TO SEE IF THEY COULD HONOR THE AMOUNT ORIGINALLY POSTED TO ME. In August, I ordered Glatiramer and alcohol swabs. I did not receive the swabs. I reordered in September the swabs &;;;;;;;;;;; Glatiramer. Did not receive the swabs again. In October, I ordered the swabs with Olanzapine. The Olanzapine was sent to the wrong address, still no swabs received with the Glatiramer which I didn't need not ordered. I tried cancelling the order. It was too late to cancel the Olanzapine but was able to cancel Glatiramer and swabs. Still no swabs.

Denied needed med.

My name is Rebecca Mangan. I worked for Walmart for 3 and a half years.

I had been taking the medications Paroxotine and Yaz for about 15 years for my Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). Your insurance company doesn't cover Yaz, so I tried to get prior authorization for at least a percentage of it to get covered. It was denied. The appeal was also denied.

I explained that I tried the generic. I have a scar on my face from passing out. Yaz is the only birth control that is approved for PMDD. PMDD is so rare that your appeals department may not understand the seriousness of it.

Since being off Yaz I have been fired from Walmart. Women with PMDD have trouble keeping jobs. I did great on the Yaz for many years. This is the first time in my life being fired at the age of 44.

Now with untreated PMDD I had to find a new job. I left that job early with an lie because not many people understand PMDD. I am welcome back at my new job, but can I handle it? I tried to kill myself.

I really desire to be dead, but don't have the guts to kill myself. Why am I telling you all of this? My downward spiral all began because I was denied the proper medication. I wasn't in Yaz all those years because of personal preference.

I have a serious disorder that impacts every aspect of my life. It would be nice if you could call Walmart and take the blame to clear my record, but I don't think you'll do that. So the best thing you can do is instruct your employees about the seriousness of PMDD. They could take the clients needs more seriously.

My life is in shambles right now due to untreated PMDD due to your insurance company's decision. I'm shocked I didn't get fired sooner, but I was a good worker. You might never deal with another woman with PMDD. It wouldn't have broke your bank to help out one woman with a desperate need.

Even covering part of the cost would have helped.

Please educate your staff on PMDD, and listening to the needs of clients. My Dr wouldn't make a request that wasn't necessary.

Absolutely bombastic service from both "Home Pharmacy" & "Specialty Pharmacy".

Just spent 1 hrs./ 35 minutes trying to get refill of a drug I have been using for several years. Re-authorization for every six months is an insurance scam, as the Rx itself is good for a year.

United HC did not "approve" my doctor's re-authorization, without an obligatory denial.

I am a part D Medicare customer with their parent firm United Healthcare (AARP).

It should be prohibited for insurance companies to own pharmacies that would be covered under their policies.

I am too aggravated to detail the mis-handling of my Rx which I started to have refilled more than two weeks ago.

Their staff at their two pharmacies are not trained in their own procedures. I was four times transferred, between the two, as each said the other handled my specific Rx.

Insurance firms build silos just to thwart policyholders for reasonable service.

I would suggest consumers NOT USE this firm. I will go elsewhere in 2022 when Medicare renewals are open.

Received email my prescription was out of stock. Called yesterday they said it was in stock and I would receive it Oct 5-9. Got email this morning its out of stock. They have had had script for a month. So they knew when I would be out. There isn't a replacement medicine. They are playing with peoples lives. Worst company ever.

Made online medication order for heart meds on Aug. 7, 2021. They mailed my prescription to Illinois, then Indiana and now in Ohio. I live in California. Not one person would help me. Totally ignorant. Was sent a email saying order would be delivered on Aug.12. No one will help me.

Called to refill 4 prescriptions using the phone number on my pill bottles. Got a person selling Life Alert instead. Supposedly they transferred me to the number I needed but it was wrong. Had to look up customer service number on line. Once connected poor woman on their end couldn't update the expiration date on my debit card and needed help from supervisor. What should have taken a few minutes took about an hour. I just hope I get my meds.
