Rude agent

I called to figure out some information for getting my RX through them since I have new insurance, and the guy that helped me was not friendly. First he told me that it was just impossible for me to get my RX in time from them, which, I think could have been worded nicer? Then he told me I was making things too complicated when I didnt understand what he was telling me. It was rude and I corrected him.

The public is aware that Optumrx is a for profit organization. Many of its members are retirees. Medications which were doctor prescribed are being denied without sufficient explanation. Doctors who have submitted required reasons as to why these medication should or must be continued are being ignored. Why?

Had and have trouble accessing appointment information on web site. First appearance sounds easy but you can get tangled up and still not find what you're looking for. If you are patient and persistent you might get lucky. I still can't find my appointments and frustrated so stopped trying for now.

The worst service I have ever had. Gave me severe anxiety. They tried to guilt me, saying it was my fault the medications weren't delivered on time. I am out of meds and they only make you feel worse. WOULD RATHER USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. My medication came late and they don't even care- I hope I dont get any side effects from the missing days of no medication

again for the second month in a row I ordered my medicine from OPTUM RX. They billed me the 40. THEY took THE MONEY out of my account. I received the medicine today and low and behold NO NEEDLES were included with the order. By the way the medicine I ordered is an injectable. How am I supposed to take this injectable medication without being provided with the needles. DONT EV ER USE THIS COMPANY

Delayed mailing of orders (and add in the post office's own delays for ready made double trouble). Clumsy communication in efforts to resolve urgent need for a small amount of the medication to span the gap. "Overnight" service for emergency circumstance is now "within a few days".

Today a manager still has not called back and I left a message on Thursday they were all busy too busy to get on a call and I was told I was going to get a call back did not get a callback. Got the prescription in the mail on Saturday which was the needle portion of it the needles came to different sizes and a different size then was sent to me last month

My wife is short on her insulin. She called Her doctor and her doctor contacted optimum to have the prescription sent early. Optimum Called And the woman wanted to know how much insulin she used each day.I tried to explain to her that my wife needed the Insulin for her life and the woman would not let me talk she talked over me and would not listen at all. Dealing with optimum is always a hassle by far not my favorite company but our insurance says we have to go there.

This compnay took 500.00 out of my checking account in error. Its been 7 days and they still have not returned my money

I have a card on file. No one ever called me they just put this amount of 500.00 charge through. They have told me for days that they have processed back to bank the money. Now after 10 days they tell me that they have mailed me a check. Also, when you call company you talk with someone offshore, who can not do anything to help. They just have their scripted replies.

Wrong medicine ALMOST shipped to me.

they rec'd a prescription from my doctor but input it as a different medication. I caught the error only because I questioned the amount of co-pay. If I had not questioned them and if the pills looked similar then who knows what may have occurred.I am looking into OTHER MAIL ORDER drug companies.
