Not resolved

I started using UHC Optum RX as of Oct 17, 2017. I have had issues every month that required either my pharmacist &/or myself to reach out to OptumRx as well as other department which required more than 3 hours and 35 min on a single call trying to resolve issues.

I have never experienced such incompetence as I have w/ UHC not only as a subscriber, but I have previously worked in this field for over 30 years. My complaints and on-going issues fall upon deaf ears and rude advocates, (as they call themselves)
