I have no complaint about the prescription or customer service I have been receiving for the last 20 years. Very knowledgeable staff, and have always received my prescriptions as requested.
It is the automated phone system.
Not that i mind the process, but the recordings are constantly skipping, and it is not set up in a friendly manner/ You end up on the phone for 5 minutes just trying to get where you want to go and then waiting up to 10 minutes before you get someone. Listen, listen Linda try quality control by having someone test your system gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
