I have had my phone number for a year now and as of the last month and a half I have been getting automated phone calls for a customer of theirs. I am not a customer nor have I ever been, yet the automated system continued to call.

They even gave me details of a prescription being mailed out, info that only the patient should know and have. I finally got ahold of a live person tonight and told them to remove the number as the automated system doesn't understand that. This company, Optum RX, if using the automated system should take the number off once the person on the other line has stated that they are not the correct person and the phone number is incorrect. Their automated system would call 3-4 times a day.

This is not professional and when it comes to a patient and their medicine. This should NOT happen...
