There was an overdue bill for my husbands script.They did not call or send another so when it came time to refill his bp meds they would not do it even though I had paid the over due bill in full!
There was also another script that was submitted by the Dr that was never sent.
We had to call the Dr and get script and then go to another pharmacy to get it filled.Nothing but problems with this company

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of optumrx prescription refill. OptumRx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
