I don't have a lot to add that hasn't already been said. I'm astonished that something so important as prescriptions vital to health are taken so lightly.
They talk to us, say it's all lined out, then say we never spoke with them. They say it's on the way, then when we don't get it and call, say we never ordered it, the Dr never ordered it, we ordered it but we didn't order it right (even though the last time we called, they said we were all lined out). You better keep on them. You better call every day.
You better have a speaker phone or this process will eat up a significant part of your day.
I can't believe they aren't getting sued for causing significant detriment to people's health (maybe they are getting sued. I would certainly be interested in a class action suit...)
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Complete lack of honesty.
