First they sent me tramadol without question I'm in Nevada . Second my order was short.

They can't do anything right. Customer service sucks I get several different answers . They lost a prescription and found it. On the insurance side of the company they lied .

They say it's to early to fill. My one prscription took 45 days to fill. I got to letters after I got my refill saying I can't get a refill because it was to early. Even though I got it a few days before.

I got another letter stating that my refill was going to get refilled on time on a certain date and I wasn't early. My last refill was March 6 it got to me April 24 . Prior to Optum I didn't have a problem with refills . Optum Rx is a nightmare.

I've had to go through a withdraw for two days waiting for these sorry people to do there jobs. I've been trying to do the right the by getting off the norco to the tramadol but how can you when you got dummies who can't do there jobs. The latest is they sent me tramadol by mail out of state of California to my state of Nevada. Before asking my doctor to release it.

So now the dummies are holding up my meds for the release . Which is it there so stupid they don't know the laws . Such stupid people . So in the meantime I'm going to run out because my workers comp company cheaped it out and went to these idiots.

What a bunch of loosers.

Big pharma created this problem and people get addicted to the junk and when you try to do the right thing you get thrown under a bus relying on companies like Optum Rx . What a joke .
