You could ask the same question of Optum RX every day of the week and you will be given 7 different answers. If they make a mistake they will not follow through and correct it.

They cannot be trusted and I would say that they are definitely not trained very well because no one is on the same page....you don't know what to believe. Told me for three days in a row that scripts would be here on a certain day only to find out it would arrive three days later. Would not help by sending out overnight to get us through the 3 days. Everyone makes mistakes but Optum RX NEVER will correct it.

If they do make a mistake they have attitude sorry we can't help you....you're on your own....Nothing they can do? Really?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: Complain to United Healthcare and hopefully they will see the error of their ways and pursue other pharmacy to replace Optumn RX.

I didn't like: Inability to correct their mistake.
