Had a prescription that needed a prior authorization. Got the prior authorization approved then called to have the prescription sent only to find out OPTUMRx removed the prescription from my profile because it needed a prior authorization! What the heck! Ridiculous! I was told my Doctor had to reorder the prescription that was never discontinued in the first place! Unbelievable!
