OptumRx - Denied to save money

I continually get denied automatically for different perscription because they cost a lot of money. This is a tactic this company uses to get people who are not as likely to fight or do not have the time to fight these denials. I think it should be illegal for this company to continue to do this as they are not my doctor and do not know my story.

OptumRx - They have no clue

As a pharmacy technician I can Optum rx often to resolve insurance issues or check up on prior authorizations. I think the training they receive is: "just act like you have no idea and then transfer the call to someone else"
