I have ordered the medication for my diabetes and hypertension on 7 April. Even though medication has been approved by the physician and they have my credit card on file. This is 13th of April about 5 PM. I have not received my medication as of today.

I went your local pharmacy to fill in the prescription and they will not fill it because it has been filled by optum RX. Now I'm stuck with no medication for my diabetes and hypertension.

When I called up optum RX you get a standard answer from the low-level employee saying that medication will arrive soon.

Please do not fill any prescription from this company. If you have if you need critical medication you will be dead before you get the medication. Hope I have conveyed the appropriate message.
