it's taken a few calls to optum rx customer care to realize it's actually a COMPANY CARE call center. the relationship between them and senior deminsions, from this participants' point of view, is, deceive the customer, get as much money for their companies.
their tactic is to get the customer to chase our tails and never get anything resolved without some delay. yes we get frustrated but don't give up! we can win by knowing the phone reps are "company care" people.
stay focused, un-frustated and keep making the calls, for one of those phone nit-wits will make a mistake and you'll receive your meds! good luck and don't give up!
