Never ceases to amaze how companies like this can succeed in today's marketplace.2 out of 3 calls we place end in complete frustration.

They produce so many excuses for why orders are delayed and, of course, it's never their fault. Long hold times generally result in "our system is in maintenance and I'm unable to pull your records". If you agree to complete a costumer service survey at the end of your call, the representative will disconnect you if they know the call went bad.

Management has to know this is happening and most likely encourages so that the numbers only reflect "good" calls.

Do yourself a favor by avoiding this company at all costs.Unless you'd like to add more stress to the task of obtaining life sustaining prescriptions for your loved ones.
