On 1/27/17 I checked my account balance and I see a withdraw of 447.89 from OptumRX, I immediately called them and inquire as to why the charge. At the time I was out of town, They tell me it for Simvastatin tab 40 mg which they billed CASH even though we have insurance which I indicated to them at the time.

On Friday 1/27/17 they told me 5-7 days they would refund me money. I verified that they had my insurance information which they did. Have no idea why they billed me CASH and it didn't go through my insurance. When I open my mail on 1/27/17 there's a package in the mail with Simvastatin and a letter from OPTUMRX which states DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER we are unable to fill your Simvastatin prescription as we need to clarify your benefit coverage...

WHAT !!!!!

So you take my money and at the same time send me the prescription with a letter that says call us we need to verify your benefits and unable to send your order. Several calls later still waiting for my refund with famous last words 5-7 days....
