I spent a stressfull afternoon trying to refill prescriptions. First i made several attemts to login but was unable to since each time the login screne came up but it was blocked by some sort of product disclaimer.

I then made several futile and unproductive telephone calls.

I was transferred left on hold some calls dropped and finally was given fo a,young lady who after endless verbal sparring got my prescritions filled..

I have been a member for eght years and until a year ago i managed successfully to refill my meds.

I had access to my medicine cabinet had the total used and amount to doughnut hole. Now getting refills is a major task
