My wife recently ordered a prescription through OptumRX as our insurance company contracted with them for all mail order and internet drug purchases.She ordered twice.

On the second order they charged us 46% more (+$120). When we discovered this and called for an explanation, they told us it may have been do to changes in our deductible. We explained that we had a high deductible policy and paid for the entire amount. Then they said that our insurance company had just gone bankrupt the day before this call.

(But they were still in business and contracted with them when we ordered the medication) Then the customer service person suggested we call our insurance company (the same one that had just closed down) for an explanation.

Don't do business with this company.I won't ever again.
