The program which answers the phone could understand nothing. No even a yes or no!

It asked me 3X, the same questions (birthdate, zip code, etc.) I spoke loudly, clearly, and distinctly. They also failed to do the automatic refills that they had promised to do, didn’t call my doctor when a new script was needed, and was planning to send heart medication two days before I ran out. What if we had a hurricane? I’m done with them.

With Express Scripts, it was truly no worries. With Optum, I can’t trust them to do anything right, so it’s constant worries and phone calls.
