I ordered 2 prescription refills online and when I checked to see the status of my order, I noted that my third prescription was filled too, one that I had not ordered. I called Customer Service to ask why this was being sent to me when I didn't order it and was told that it was "ordered online." No it wasn't.

I clearly remember ordering my other two prescriptions and not the third because I had plenty on hand of that one. They sent me a refill on the third medication when I didn't order it and charged my credit card $115. They can't wait until I need it and order it to ship it to me and charge me for it? When you call Customer Service you get the run around and they blame you for this kind of error so save your time and breath and don't even call them.

I'm going to be looking for another mail order pharmacy to do business with because OptumRx is awful. Don't waste your time with them.
