Continued problems with web site malfunctions, mail order problems, payments not processed correctly, invoiced incorrectly. Delays on phone, incorrect codes to log in on web site multiple attempts necessary and still doesn't work right, multiple answers to same question by customer service reps.
It's like talking to a five year old when trying to refill a prescription over the phone. Information repeated over and over and still not processed correctly. Credit card information not processed in timely manner, processed incorrectly, or not processed at all.
Incorrect information from customer service. Overall a very poor operation that requires multiple attempts to do the simplest thing.
