I have tried since OCTOBER 9 to get a new blood pressure medicine...Nifedipine....order filled by OptumRX. A mailed written prescription was sent.

Optum first denied ever receiving it. The physician then faxed an order. Optum then said it had BOTH orders and was "confused." They claim they faxed the physician for clarification but never heard back. The physician now...NOVEMBER 26...called them.

AND STILL THE ORDER IS NOT BEING PROCESSED.

All Optum customer service says is that "we apologize for the delay." This company should not be allowed to be in the health field. They are totally incompetent and are destroying what health I have left!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Order fulfillment.
