Pros: The mail order pharmacy has good prices.(That pretty much covers it.) Cons: Never, ever, change your prescription dosage in any way shape or form.
Eventually (a week, or two or three) your doctor's (legal) prescription will be reviewed by their staff of pharmacists (possibly even legal in the U.S.). All of whom are apparently also doctors who are each "certified" in many, many specialties and quite capable of second guessing your doctor. Oh, and do not call any of their Consumer Advocates, they are well-trained to either claim that the computer system is down (again), or to simply lie to you about shipping information.
BTW, a supervisor is defined as someone who excels at covering up (read: conning the customer).Neither AARP nor UnitedHealthCare have ANY control, or influence over OptumRX.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
I liked: Your unhappy should have more than one choice.
