They keep charging me my copay which I don't have one anymore this year and tell their client Champva that they know my yearly amount better than Champva. They held up my brain tumor medicine, and they keep wanting my money and then give it back which is floating non reported income.....I want a class action lawsuit and filing complaints with IRS, Department of Health Federal, and the state attorney and any other agencies I can find to after them with a printout from this website showing how they treat people.
They tell their client how things work for co pays not the client telling them how and what they see. They think they have more power than their contractors and might be owned by someone in the Federal Government due to the issues they have.
