United Healthcare forces their insured clients to purchase drugs from OptumRx if they want to purchase in 90 day intervals, which choice is no longer available from CVS or other local outlets. Then, it appears, they cannot do anything right, with: 1) shipments delayed, 2) not filled because they forget to obtain credit card info (even if it has been provided), and, 3) every other problem one can experience.

UHC should either get their OptumRx business in order or shut them down and use local pharmacies. Multiple letters should be written to the CEO of UHC, Stephen Helmsley, CEO {paid over $10MM per year in salary and bonus payments} and encourage him to take some of that compensation and get things fixed up at Optum Rx.
