Nurse called them with a presecription. they didn't understand it so they started filling it but then just quit.

didn't bother to notify the nurse, doctor's office or the patient. three days go by. no drug shows up. patient calls optum and gets a big fat excuse for their incompetent idiocy.

nurse calls again. patient calls again, and gets a promised delivery date. guess what? Another lie.

One more attempt, one more failure from Optum rx and an escalation to some *** named Latisha Mays who admits she's worthless. Patient agrees with her. two days later, still no drug. Call number four, escalation number two.

No results. If you can opt out of this insurance owned pharmacy, do so!

Fast! run em out of business and Latisha out of a job!
