Stay away from these people. I have sent in a claim three times which they "never received." I sent it certified the most recent time and now I am still waiting.

Do a search online before you are forced to spend money on these clowns by your employer.

I have waited 90+ days for money that is owed to me, in addition to the HOURS that I have spent on the phone trying to work with the WORST CSR's. I have better luck trying to get personal service at Walmart, which is impossible. Now I am just typing to meet the 100 word minimum requirement for this review.
