Not resolved

OptumRx claims that if a Doctor Electronically submits a prescription they are mandated by law to fill, send, and charge your credit card. I have been sent and charged for more than 1 prescription that I am not on, and did not request.

I received a product recently and was informed that they could not refund me until they receive it back. I returned it and I am still waiting 2 weeks for a refund. It is ridiculous that they can charge my credit card 4 days before they actually mail it, but they can not refund my account until they receive it back.

I have also stated during numerous of conversations: "Do NOT save my credit card info, and NEVER auto send / Bill for any medications/products. I will order when ready online if it is something that I need or want.

But they continue to do so.

Again because they state they are mandated by law to do so. Doctors are not flawless, they are human, and they Do Error.

Monetary Loss: $100.
