told i could go to existing phramice, in december ,in jan told no, told i could get 100 day supply at new pharm ,then told no ,you can't, than ordered from optumrx, they could place order after 2 hours,than called back to order meds,than told had to call doctors to place orders ,,still no meds,, thanks for no no no meds,, help from united heath and optumrx very very great,,not,not company not to help the customers,, it takes three calls and two supervisors to help ,,also only one call back for optumrx in 4 months how will they solve this??????nothing filled yet

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: No service.
