The past 6 months is has become harder and harder to deal with OptumRX on the phone—hang ups, ignorant and rude employees, annoying robocalls from them. More and more delays in getting necessary drugs.

More screw ups. A year ago it was sometimes difficult, but nothing like the quick decline in service. My problem is that other insurers appear to be just as bad from what I can find out on the internet.

And doctors tell me it is getting worse all the time to deal with Part D insurers. I wish I moved to Canada years ago, but I'm too old now.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
