Have not been able to login to website for past six weeks. Long time customer with previous access.

Numerous calls and several cases opened to fix issue. No response to most, last response says issue fixed-it is not. Most reps incompetent, some really tried to help but were not able to. Extremely frustrating company to deal with.

Prescriptions set up on auto fill get sent early, some we now have a years supply and risk expiration.

We would not deal with them if we had a choice, but our insurance company mandates that we use Optum RX. With the horrible IT that this company has, I fear they will be the next big hacking of customer information that we read about.
