1. My husband has "critical" meds that OptumRx can't seem to get to us in time so we keep having days with no meds between which means a BP that runs 200/108 for 7-10 days due to no meds.

He's been on the same med for over a year. This happens each month. He is on the "no hassle" refill program.

Yeah, no hassle...right. It makes no sense that they cannot seem to send the same medicine each month without a lapse, but that seems to be asking too much from them.

Product or Service Mentioned: Optumrx Prescription Refill.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I didn't like: Inability to provide meds without lapse.
