1.My husband has "critical" meds that OptumRx can't seem to get to us in time so we keep having days with no meds between which means a BP that runs 200/108 for 7-10 days due to no meds.

He's been on the same med for over a year. This happens each month. He is on the "no hassle" refill program.

Yeah, no hassle...right.It makes no sense that they cannot seem to send the same medicine each month without a lapse, but that seems to be asking too much from them.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with OptumRx. The most disappointing about optumrx prescription refill from OptumRx was inability to provide meds without lapse Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
