First order--no problems. Second order a nightmare!

She said they had my address down incorrectly. I Googled it--that was THEIR address in Kansas & I'm in Arizona! She put me on hold 5 times, asked someone for help, more time on hold, then she said she'd expedite my order (since i travel all over the world & my Assistant said this would save me time!) at their cost & they'd bill me since she tried 3 times to enter my cc info & said it just wouldn't let her enter a credit card!

THEN, the day before my order was to arrive, another call from Optum saying there was a problem. There sure is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
