This is what TVA gets for the lowest bidder!

First of all they cost me THREE times more than I can get it at the local pharmacy but insurance won't pay unless I go through them. They never give you the same story twice in a row! They are NOT user friendly. We have sent in paperwork THREE times to add my name (as spouse) to the account but they never have that on file!

Dr. sent in a recent prescription. We called about a week later to check since we hadn't heard from them. They usually call and leave a message when it goes out. They told my husband it "was being processed." It is now another week later and I called to check on it, only to be told that we "have to ORDER it." Now why didn't they tell us that LAST week??? Every time we need something it is a battle! I refuse to give my credit card - I am afraid they will just keep sending drugs and charging us - whether we need it or not.

Medco wasn't much better but I would much rather deal with the local pharmacy than this!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Not consistant information.
