I had so many problems with this company it was A nightmare. My wife and I are with Kaiser Permanente now.

What A difference in professionalism. The part that annoys me the most is that the government, (over payed do nothings) that are supposed to oversee,especially the health care of the people allow this company to carry on business as usual. They will end up killing A bunch of their patience and then watch the rats scramble.

We will then see just who has been getting the grease from lobbyists. Why the *** do I need one hundred words when ninety will do ?

Reason of review: when I click on more than one it cancels out the other. Their were several issues.

Monetary Loss: $200.

OptumRx also pays their call center reps a bonus to transfer customer's prescriptions from retail pharmacies to OptumRx. How can Medicare allow OptumRx to do this?

Optum's payment system is screwed up. Customers are frequently double billed for meds and they have to send proof from their credit card company before Optum will put thru a request for reimbursement-4 to 8 weeks.

Meds are also put thru and charged without customer's authorization. Optum will not accept returns or credit because it is customer's responsibility to say they do not want auto refills.
