Not resolved

I ca n not access my online OptumRx account to reorder my medications. I called the website people and they do not have my customer/patient info on file.

I called OptumRx and they DO have my info on file. No one there can help tough. Why will they not fix the website?? Can't they fire the website people and hire those who know what to do???

This is getting to the point where legal action may be required, but I'd prefer not to have to do that. {{REDACTED}}
