Not at all. I'm a healthy guy - always have been. But I am now three weeks without medication for no other reason than they cannot get their system to purge an older employer's coverage.
Hours of phone calls and promises to fix the issue, along with a useless website and desktop app.
Reading the reviews and you see my story over and over again. Yet there's no sense of urgency at Optum to fix the issue at all. Just more promises and really frustrating hold music while you wait for the next operator that can't help you either. And document every conversation - because you'll never get the same data two calls in a row.
If you have a choice - and you may not - avoid these folks. Optum exists solely to sell home delivery Rx services.
Someone needs to get regulatory folks involved here -- this company is toying with people's health.
