Website is very user unfriendly requiring customer to call for refilling a prescription. This time she took my order over the phone and hope it goes better than last time.

Last time they double billed my credit card and it took them several weeks to fix it. Expect to have 2-3 weeks of medication left as they take forever to mail out ever since they (Catamaran) partnered with OptumRx.

For such a large company the website is the cheapest looking and almost impossible to navigate. If I could go elsewhere I would but I need to go to OptumRx through my workplace.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of optumrx prescription filling. OptumRx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
