I've never before written a complaint letter, so please know that I'm not a chronic whiner. The details re Optum's incompetence would exceed 100 words, so suffice it to say that my husband and I have not been able to access our 8 year old accounts, under the new system.
Multiple calls and live chats have failed to assist us. Literally up to 1 hour on hold, disconnections, and passing us around are the norm. All this recent frustration over incomprehensibly poor service follows many other problems we've had since Prescription Solutions changed to Optum.
I've finally reached my limit, but due to limited sign-up periods, I'm stymied for now. I will definitely switch companies,as soon as I can.
