Staff doesn't even know when they have received a prescription (actually two of the same prescription) authorization from my doctor!

Can't get a prescription filled. My doctor has authorized it TWICE now and they still say they need a doctor authorization. Have called them and they say the same thing. I've talked to my doctor and every time I do they tell me the date and time they submitted the authorization to Optum RX and then my doctors office re-submits the authorization again.

Optum RX continues to say they need an authorization!

What a bunch of incompetent people.

Got to wonder who ties their shoelaces for them every morning!

What more can be said for such a idiotic place?

It scares me to think they are in charge of my prescription medications. These are the same people that don't understand basic language and communications apparently. Are they not able to read?
