Was on Express Scripts through Medicare and had no problem. Then it was switched to OptumRX.

Nothing but problems every single order. Website just spins and spins, can't confirm order date. Have changed order dates by phone and still getting notices to receive meds incorrectly. Makes me get a new password, then does not accept new password.

Tells me I have no retail meds on file. When I call in, the recorded operator tells me I am not even a member.

I was paying much more at the pharmacy...$30 for 3 months instead od $5 but I have to ask myself if it is worth it. 45 minutes now dealing with this and no solution.
