It's more than a month now. At first, I was able to access the website, but the only medicines showing on my home page were for prescriptions that had long ago expired.
After numerous phone calls, I was able to access the website, but only one of my six prescriptions showed on my page. Again, more phone calls, more assurances from customer service that any moment it would be fixed. Then, about a week or 10 days ago I encountered a new surprise. When trying to log in, it directed me to "register", which I did only to be told that I had already registered.
And it continues to loop me back to the registration page. It's like Ground Hog Day. Fortunately, the helpful people at United Health Group sent me a message. It told me all I have to do to get the message is to log into the website.
HELLO UNITED HEALTH/OPTUM.
I CAN'T GET INTO YOUR WEBSITE!!! SO STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES.
