Tried to enter my meds in the medicine cabinet, could not do it for over a month. Kept saying error.

They Finally got it working. Now, cannot order refills as it times out trying to get the confirmation. Tech support was able to order my meds.. But, why have a web site that doesnt work??

Have tried to log in numerous times! same pass word has worked , but now does not!!!


THIS IS TOTALLY USELESS! I am rarely able to get anywhere on this web site.

It has great potential but I can't get to any of the pages/information. I always end up calling in to get a real person to help, which they do.


Why can't I get to to the place where I order refills. Have been doing it for years and now nothing.


I tried to sign on to my OptumRX.....would not take my password, then it went to page said that "time to get a new pass word".....Following instructions, clicked on button, another pop up telling me " I was not to ever use OptumRX again....WTF is going on??????????


I need to reorder meds and the site runs me around in a circle, not even able to sign into my rx account!! Whoever designed and oversees the site had better find another job.


I agree, whomever set OptumRX site up, has made it so complicated, and not very useful. Why don't they just show the meds you have ordered in the past and let you choose which ones you want refilled....No they want you to go here, then go there, but wait go back here so you can get to there.....get a better website this one is horrible

I also find your website very difficult to navigate. It is hit or miss with it.

Always have a hard time signing in. Not at all like Express Scripts.


I have tried way too many times to order one of my meds. You sent a message in US mail that it's time to order.Seems like you keep changing the format. I want the one with the drug name, script details with click to order
