OptumRx - Missleading comsumers by stating "0" deductable for perscriptions
OptumRx sends you a letter stating that prescriptions abc and xyz will have a "$0" co-pay if you order thru them. You call, order them and receive the pills.
Then they bill you (in my case $95) a month later stating that the letter stating the meds were "0" deductible was in error. You call and they basically say it's your problem not there's and you need to pay.
If you are having problems with them also please file a complaint with the State Insurance commissioner's office in your state. These people are the worst at handling problems, especially when it was them who caused the problem.
