Used them for 2 years. Never an order without a phone call or screw up.

Patient dashboard NEVER up to date. Orders shipped late, lies about delivery dates. Calling is a joke. Never get a qualified person.

Hold times are unacceptable. I can't make changes easily to my medications lists, my doctors don't like dealing with them, they limit quantities and require approvals for tier 1 and tier 2 quantities. The next order they get right the first time will be the first. They say they are cheaper?

Then found 90 day supplies of my medications cheaper at my local Rite Aid!

And real friendly service too! I'm done!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
