The new web site from OptumRx is a joke. You look up new prescriptions and you get these messages that a prescription is On Hold or that You Should Call Your Doctor to Expedite Processing.

You call the customer service at OptumRx and they don't see the same message you see and tell you there are no orders on hold for any reason. The Drug Pricing tools has not worked for over two weeks and when you call customer service they say they know about it and are working on it but have no estimate on when it will be fixed. Who puts up a web site that is obviously not tested and why not just put the old web site back until you get the new one truly tested.

These are rooky mistakes and it does not make you feel confident from a company that is playing with life threatening drugs. They should be ashamed of themselves.
