I have gotten the run around for a month on a prescription that was sent to my house that needed a signature. The service rep never told us that it required a signature....let the insanity begin.
No one there has a clue on how to handle that. Was told they would reship to my work....was told they would reship to my house. Needless to say three weeks later I still have no package. After many hours on the phone and about 15 phone calls later....
A lot of promises and no action!!! Horrible service and no ability to deal with anything!!
If I didn't have to deal with them to save money I would never!!
They are happy to take your money for the prescription right away but they all run away when it is time to deal with a situation and take care of the customer. Wait....that would take customer service and they do not use that in their training!!
