I have gotten the run around for a month on a prescription that was sent to my house that needed a signature. The service rep never told us that it required a signature....let the insanity begin.

No one there has a clue on how to handle that. Was told they would reship to my work....was told they would reship to my house. Needless to say three weeks later I still have no package. After many hours on the phone and about 15 phone calls later....

A lot of promises and no action!!! Horrible service and no ability to deal with anything!!

If I didn't have to deal with them to save money I would never!!

They are happy to take your money for the prescription right away but they all run away when it is time to deal with a situation and take care of the customer. Wait....that would take customer service and they do not use that in their training!!

Same problem for me. Sent meds to house that need a signature.

Never had that before with any other mail order pharmacy. Maybe the folks in the post office have used our family medications because our local post office is the worst.
