Twice my physicians office faxed prescriptions that were not processed at OptumRx. My pain meds were not filled without reason given, and only contacted me after 10 days.

Twice they have sent meds I did not request a refill for, and in fact had been discontinued, which seems like a way to make money the easy way. In fact it sounds suspect.

I am having to move my prescriptions, which will cost me more money, but OptumRx does not work, especially in the last two months. When called, they offered no recourse in order for me to get my medications, except to move the prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I liked: Price when your service works.

I didn't like: Letting my drugs run out, Letting my pain meds run out that was cruel.
