Insufficient information: when I signed up for this mail order program, I assumed, erroneously evidently, that you would ask for the information you needed to complete my orders. You failed to ask for a method of payment. Then you held up my order. At this time, I am out of a critical medication and won't be here for another two days!!

So why didn't you ask for a method of payment when I registered for this program? You didn't even ask me for my e-mail address!!! What gives!!

Now I will be in crisis very shortly.

My experience was similar with OptiumRx- My second time refilling Rxs with Optium Rx the doc faxed over several Rxs for me needing to be filled two of them (Thyroid meds) must be filled with Brand medications. After playing phone tag with them for over a week I finally got someone on the phone over the LaborDay weekend.

She reviewed the meds and when she came to one I didn't recgonize I asked if that was the generic for Cytomel, "Uhm, I don't know" was the response!

By this time I'd been futzing around on the phone with her for nearly :30 min, and said well, I guess we'll straighten it out once it gets to me if in fact it's wrong.

Follow-Up today spoke with a nice gentleman who got everything all straightened out for me (thanks Dominique!). Now, thanks to my crummy Rx plan I pay $150.00 for 90 days of just one of my meds!

This place is awful!!! Their copays are higher than buying from Costco with no insurance.

It comes with my medical insurance or I would have quit long ago. Terrible stay away
