as others said, complete incompetence and unreliable. was given a copay assistance phone number to call and this would have worked except optum refused two different but very simple ways to submit information for immediate payment. they later said they don't work with the manufacturer and gave me two they do work with only to find out these two were not able to provide anymore assistance. was also told 3 different amounts by optum rx, in one morning.$1000,$1700, and then $1300 as to what was needed for copay, but they couldn't fax this information to me, to protect myself from further discrepancies, as to exact copay. they could tell me on phone, but couldn't fax because order is not made until copay is paid.this is only insurance pharmacy that i have had so much trouble with that i have to call daily and hours at a time and constantly told something different everytime. it's time to do away with the middleman.

Reason of review: all of the above.

Monetary Loss: $7000.

Preferred solution: for the optum to do as they recommended to begin with and to have competent and reliable help.

I didn't like: Incompetence and no knowledge.
