Optum RX does not work with Safari browser. Problem not fixed, going on 6 months.
It has been verbally confirmed to me that the problem exists. The site forces entering new pw info, still does not let a connection be made to optum site after this is done. Suggestion is made to use a different browser. Since at least 1/2 of your customers use apple products, are you forgoing 1/2 of the computing worlds business. Should be a serious company concern, affecting bottom line.
This site now "forcing" a 100 word minimum to accept feedback. UHC should be notified. Other pharmacy vendors, Amazon, Walmart, Costco are waiting to obtain our business.
I just noticed to admonition below under a label of "pissed customer". Unprofessional approach to problem solving, perhaps? Basta!
