I havent had any problem with the charges or the drugs but the web site is a mess as is the long automated telephone process. It took me nearly an hour, with hangups instead of transfers and busy signals to get reps, then after three attempts, a rep on support, J.J.

was able to take my order and helped me get a new ID and PW to use my on line acct, but then, when I signed in, with J.J. on the line, I got the message that I wasnt a member. Wierd since since my premium comes out of my SS check each month and Ive been receiving ss. He said he would have to have someone call me back from membership in 72 hours.

So I wait! Hope my meds arrive.

Might be easier to get my RX thru Walgreens. Cant see any difference in price since its Med D.
